Benjy Leslie is the founder and CEO of Connect Management, the UK’s fastest-growing, social-first talent management agency.

He founded the agency in September 2020, at just 21 years old, after recognising a major gap in the industry. If celebrities had talent agents, why didn’t social-first creators? He saw firsthand how talented content creators were being held back; not by a lack of skill, but by the overwhelming demands of admin, contracts, and negotiations. They were too bogged down to focus on what they do best: creating content.

So he fixed it. And, in 5 years, Connect went from a startup with 10 creators on its books to a full-scale talent agency representing the biggest names across sport, fashion, comedy, entertainment and other key industries. Today, Benjy leads an agency of more than 40 staff and over 150 creators signed exclusively to Connect's books. Benjy also sits on the Children in Need Commercial Advisory Board as its youngest ever member.

In just under four years, Connect Management has become one of the UK's biggest creator representation companies, working with several well-known clients such as Google, Amazon, Netflix, Sony and PepsiCo, and boasting an impressive roster of social-first talent, including Europe's largest VFX artist Brandon Baum, Eurovision star Sam Ryder, and Lucy Bronze, England Lioness, and UEFA Women's EURO 2022 winner.
