Location: Connect Management Ltd, Unit 4, 100 Villiers Road, London, NW2 5PJ
Level: Mid-Weight (+3 years experience)
Job Type: Full Time (On Site - In Office)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 P/A DOE (plus bonus)
Connect Management is a leading social-first creator agency representing over 150+ talents. We’ve built best-in-class experiences for our clients and are leading a new generation of industry disruptors. At Connect, we create game-changing social strategies and attention-grabbing content.
We build strategic connections between the world’s biggest brands and the world’s most relevant social-first talent. With our speed, scale, and expertise, we’re the all-in-one agency that delivers results. If you're passionate about shaping the future of digital talent and brand partnerships, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you’ll help shape culturally-led, creator-first strategies that connect brands with audiences in meaningful ways. You’ll work across both retained clients and new business, supporting everything from early-stage thinking through to campaign delivery.
From identifying cultural trends and audience behaviours to developing platform-native ideas and creator strategies, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our work is not only creative - but strategically sound and built for how social actually works today.
This is an opportunity to step into a role where you’re not just executing briefs, but actively contributing to the thinking behind them.
• Spot cultural, social and platform trends to inform strategies that reflect how audiences actually behave.
• Turn client objectives into culturally-relevant, creator-led ideas and campaign strategies.
• Use platform insights, data and content analysis to shape smarter, more effective strategic thinking.
• Analyse campaign performance and audience response to identify what’s driving real impact.
• Support the development and delivery of clear, compelling strategic thinking across pitches and client work.
• Bring fresh ideas to the table, formats and cultural insights into the team to push our work forward.
• Strong understanding of how content works across social media including TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• 3+ years experience in influencer marketing, social strategy, or a similar role within an agency or brand.
• Proven experience contributing to or leading campaign strategy, from insight through to execution.
• Strong understanding of creator marketing and how brands show up authentically in culture.
• Ability to turn research, audience insight and trends into clear, strategic recommendations.
• Experience analysing campaign performance and extracting actionable insights to inform future work.
• Confident contributing to (and owning sections of) strategy decks, pitches and client conversations.
• Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects across live and pitch work.
• Strong communication skills - able to clearly explain thinking and contribute to discussions.
• A creative mindset with a strong eye for what makes content stand out.
• Comfortable working across multiple projects, both live campaigns and pitches.
If you want to play a key role in shaping culturally-led, creator-first strategies that connect brands with audiences in meaningful ways, we want to hear from you!
Benjy Leslie is the founder and CEO of Connect Management, the UK’s fastest-growing, social-first talent management agency.
He founded the agency in September 2020, at just 21 years old, after recognising a major gap in the industry. If celebrities had talent agents, why didn’t social-first creators? He saw firsthand how talented content creators were being held back; not by a lack of skill, but by the overwhelming demands of admin, contracts, and negotiations. They were too bogged down to focus on what they do best: creating content.
So he fixed it. And, in 5 years, Connect went from a startup with 10 creators on its books to a full-scale talent agency representing the biggest names across sport, fashion, comedy, entertainment and other key industries. Today, Benjy leads an agency of more than 40 staff and over 150 creators signed exclusively to Connect's books. Benjy also sits on the Children in Need Commercial Advisory Board as its youngest ever member.
In just under four years, Connect Management has become one of the UK's biggest creator representation companies, working with several well-known clients such as Google, Amazon, Netflix, Sony and PepsiCo, and boasting an impressive roster of social-first talent, including Europe's largest VFX artist Brandon Baum, Eurovision star Sam Ryder, and Lucy Bronze, England Lioness, and UEFA Women's EURO 2022 winner.
