Who is your biggest role model?

Who is your biggest role model?

Definitely my mom! She’s my best friend and my biggest support! She’s taught me so much about life and I honestly wouldn’t be where I am today without her.

How do you stay authentic while creating content for social media?

I think of content like documenting rather than just creating. A lot of what I post is stuff that I would normally be doing or thinking anyway, so I never feel like I have to "put on" for the camera. I also make sure anything I post aligns with my values and feels true to who I am and if it doesn’t feel natural, I won’t post it!

What’s your favourite way to unwind after a busy day?

It’s Jamaican takeaway, comfy pyjamas, a great TV show or movie by the fire, and finishing the evening with something sweet and a coffee.

What type of content do you enjoy creating the most for social media?

Anything travel-related! From the moment I get to the airport, I'm so in the moment, I'm excited, and really love capturing new experiences so it makes creating content feel effortless and so fun!

That I play basketball! I started playing when I was 5 years old and played all the way through college!

What’s one piece of advice you’d give to someone trying to grow their social media following?

In the words of Nike, JUST DO IT! Don't wait until everything's perfect. Just start. You'll learn along the way and get better as you go. Plus, people love following a journey, so don’t wait until you've "made it" to start sharing your story, bring people along with you!
