Building on our successful initial partnership with Aldi UK during the Ramadan period in March, we had the pleasure of collaborating with them once again for their ‘Fakeaways’ campaign.

The primary objective of this campaign was to promote Aldi’s exceptional Fakeaway range, captivating the attention of food enthusiasts and inspiring people to indulge in these mouthwatering options.

Recognising the viral trend that ‘Fakeaways’ have become across various social media platforms, we selected both @emmastephenson and @georgiehalfacree who could not only showcase the Fakeaway trend authentically but whose audiences were also enthusiastic users of Aldi products.

This partnership generated a staggering 8 million views across their TikTok and Instagram channels and both TikTok videos achieved an engagement rate over 8%, which is double the industry standard!

We launched NatWest Business’s first-ever Gen Z TikTok campaign. 

With the aim to showcase how NatWest is the go-to bank for essential tools and support for entrepreneurs kick-starting or growing a business, we hand-picked five exceptional creators who not only resonate with NatWest products, but also have a strong following amongst the younger demographic.  

With an incredible TikTok reach of over 10 million, Mariam Raidi, Mesha Moinirad, Therese Ryan, Callum Ryan, and Luke Vernon created authentic and inspiring content, drawing upon their personal experiences with NatWest Bank while staying true to their unique styles. 

The campaign to date has reached a staggering 4.12 million people. With Mariam’s content alone generating 2.7 million views and an impressive 20% engagement rate—five times higher than the industry standard. 

This work helped shift perceptions, from an old school banking institution, to one that will inspire a new generation of young business owners.

Supporting Charitable Initiatives

We partnered with Worcester Bosch to promote their Warming Your Community initiative across their social media pages. The initiative aims to provide local community spaces, such as football clubs, with heating and hot water to create a warm and comfortable environment.

We knew that our talent Lauren Hemp, an England Lioness and Manchester City footballer, would be perfect for this campaign. She went to visit Coppull United FC to film content that showcases football at the heart of a community and the importance of providing heating to these spaces during the current financial crisis.

As a footballer, Lauren understood the importance of supporting clubs at grassroot level and she hosted a training session with the kids, bringing the campaign to life.

We’re incredibly proud to be supporting such a worthy cause and look forward to continuing to drive positive impact on local and national levels through partnerships like this.

Over the past two years, Brandon B has built a strong relationship with Sky, delivering nine pieces of content in addition to hosting an insightful social media workshop for all the marketing teams across the organisation.

As a Sky ambassador, he creates regular content to promote their new offerings and product launches. For his latest piece of content, Brandon created a VFX piece of content showcasing the launch of Sky Stream with emphasis on their next day delivery service.

This video alone reached over 800,000 people, adding to the incredible numbers that his previous videos have achieved over the past couple of years, totalling millions.

Aldi partnered with Connect Management and content creator Saira Ayan with the objective of communicating and showcasing the vast array of foods they have on offer for those observing Ramadan.

With the aim of highlighting the three pillars of ALDI (range, value and quality), four of our creators observing Ramadan cooked delicious recipes, sharing mouth-watering content across TikTok and Instagram.

The campaign was super effective, generating outstanding results with an overwhelming amount of positive sentiment. This surpassed industry standards views and overdelivered by more than 65%.

This is a perfect example of successfully engaging with specific communities, resulting in a more profound brand presence across social media.

Carlsberg X Richard Sales

In time for Christmas, Connect Management conceptualised and executed a campaign for Brooklyn Brewery, part of the Carlsberg Group.

Richard Sales, along with a host of other Connect talent, partnered with Brooklyn Brewery to promote one of its newest products, Brooklyn Pilsner. Knowing that TikTok would not be available to us, we utilised Rich’s vast reach across both Instagram and YouTube to meet the goal of growing brand fame among new audiences. 

In addition to Rich’s channels, we worked with four other Connect creators to amplify the messaging of the campaign. For this, we worked with parenting creators to promote the new product as a seasonable drink during family celebrations over the Christmas period. During the campaign window, Brooklyn Brewery also saw an increase in traffic to their social accounts as well as an uptick in sales over the period. Off the back of Sophiena’s video, we even saw a hashtag arise, #SophMadeMeDoIt with some of her fans posting about the purchases they’ve made on her recommendation! 

Overall, the campaign was a huge success. Our creators generated over half a million views in the space of a week as well as tangible increases in sales and traffic to Brooklyn Brewery’s social accounts.
