BBC Children in need X Connect Management

For the second year running Connect Management were the only social agency to exclusively partner with BBC Children in Need for a 24-hour TikTok live stream as an addition to the main TV appeal show.

We were able to raise £51,950 thanks to our sponsor McDonald’s matching any donations raised.

This total topped last year’s sum by a staggering threefold, demonstrating the campaign success.

The live stream featured over 30 creators with a combined following of more than 60 million, and it attracted more than 151 thousand live viewers, making it the most viewed live stream during this time period.

Public Desire and Kaiia the Label are huge fans of the girl’s content and saw amazing potential during the Mcloughlin Girls Fashion Week Tiktok Live with them. The girls made history and Tiktok were involved in pushing out a lot of spend to make it a success too.

The content posted alongside the gifted cake generated a lot of hype, and Lara posted Ekin- Su’s reaction as well as her journey crafting the cake. 1.8 million people viewed the content attached and across the 4 TikToks Lara posted, it reached an audience of over 4millon + people.​

Davide and Ekin-Su both posted content with the cake thanking Oh Polly and the cake ended up being featured in the Daily Mail and some other mainstream online media outlets.

‘Things in my home that just make sense’ was trending on TikTok at the time, and we took advantage of this by creating a super creative & engaging version of the trend.

In doing so we were able to create a viral TV standard advert at a fraction of the price of what a normal brand would pay.

The content hit 12.2 million views on TikTok.

Amazon recently teamed up with Fin Draper to become the face of Amazon’s Black Friday’s social media campaign.

Amazon didn’t ask for Fin to promote the best product deals on Amazon to his audience; instead they asked him to do what he does best, to make music! Fin headed down to Amazon’s Fulfilment Centre in Dartford for a day of filming and recording, searching for the natural sounds at Amazon.

After 2 days in the studio, Fin produced the backing track. The content was posted on Tiktok and received the most views on TikTok’s FYP of over 230k views.
